Job Summary:

As the Total Rewards Manager, you will lead the HR Administration Team to ensure effective management and support in delivering expectations related to compensation, benefits, and other HR processes. Your role involves overseeing compensation management, employee benefits, employee relations, expat management, and records management.

Responsibilities:

Compensation Management:

Annual Increment, Bonus, Incentives and Budget:Manage the implementation of annual increments, incentives, bonuses, and budget allocations.Ensure timely delivery of incentives, payroll payouts, annual increments, and bonuses.Maintain compliance with approved policies and standard processes.CMP Compensation Strategy:Collaborate with the HR Head to define compensation strategy for CMP (Company Name).Analyze salary ranges and participate in total remuneration surveys to develop competitive compensation packages.Monitor internal and external compensation trends.Employee Benefits:Employee Relations:

Efficient Delivery:

Ensure efficient delivery of employee welfare and benefits.Participate in surveys aligned with corporate policies to propose and enhance benefits that attract and retain talent.

Legal Compliance:

Keep management informed about changes in Philippine labor laws, arbitration decisions, and jurisprudence.Manage employee/labor cases, ensuring due process is followed.Assist the HR Head in upholding CMP’s policies, procedures, and values.

 

Expat Management:

Document Completion:

Ensure timely completion of expat documents (e.g., 9G visa processing, Alien Certification Permit, Alien Employment Permit).Coordinate with different business units for other expat requirements.
