Summary of Project Scope
Under the supervision of the Institute's Director, the Program and Administrative Assistant providesadministrative, program, and office support for the projects, events, and day-to-day operations of the Institute.
Detail of Principal Accountabilities and Project Deliverables
- Assist in the coordination and management of the Institute's programs, projects and events
- Assist the Director
- Assist in the preparation of budget and finance of the Institute's programs, projects and events
- Assist in the monitoring and completion of tasks, events, and projects of the Institute
- Preparation of program, project and event materials
- Logistics and logistics support
- Records, documentation, and database management
Description of Education, Competence, and Experience Required
- University Graduate
- At least 5 years of experience in program, financial and administrative management
- Familiarity with ADMU accounting & auditing processes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Organized and attentive to details
