Role Overview

As the Recruitment Manager, you will be the strategic bridge between our Thailand-based operations and the high-caliber talent pool in the Philippines. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing, vetting, and onboarding top-tier professionals for various roles within the hospitality, F&B, and corporate sectors of Destination Group.

This is a 100% remote role requiring a self-motivated leader who understands the nuances of the Philippine labor market while aligning with Thai corporate culture.


Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and local networks.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full cycle from job posting and initial screening to technical interviews and offer negotiations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with Department Heads in Thailand to understand specific hiring needs, cultural fit, and technical requirements.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance Destination Group's presence in the Philippines as an employer of choice.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady pipeline of "ready-to-hire" candidates for high-turnover or expansion-critical roles.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all recruitment processes align with company standards and provide weekly data-driven reports on hiring metrics (Time-to-fill, Cost-per-hire).
