About the Role

Plan-A International Recruitment Agency is currently in the
licensing stage with the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW)
as we prepare for full accreditation and future expansion.

We're looking for a
Recruitment Officer with experience in a local recruitment or manpower agency
to support our operations and compliance activities during this crucial phase. You'll work closely with management to handle candidate sourcing, documentation, and coordination with partners as we build our systems and processes toward full approval.

This role is ideal for someone who's professional, approachable, and passionate about helping shape a new agency from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates for various overseas job roles
  • Coordinate with local partners and maintain agency contacts
  • Prepare and manage documentation, job orders, and DMW submissions
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for upcoming deployment projects
  • Support management with compliance, filing, and administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Minimum of
    2 years of experience
    in a
    recruitment or manpower agency
    in the Philippines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a small, growing team
  • Has an existing
    network or contacts
    within the local recruitment or DMW sector (preferred)
  • Willing to
    visit DMW Ortigas
    for filings or follow-ups
  • Must be able to
    report to our primary office in Rosario, Cavite
