As a Recruiter at our company, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process across multiple roles. You'll be the first point of contact for candidates, helping them understand our culture, opportunities, and what makes our team unique.

About the RoleWe are looking for a Recruiter to support our growing team by managing end to end hiring across multiple roles. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from start to finish.
Targets & Performance
• Timely submission of candidate shortlists for all open roles.
• Consistent sourcing of qualified candidates for each role.
• Accurate and up-to-date tracking in ATS and internal trackers.
• Successful coordination of interviews and timely feedback collection.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline to reduce time-to-hire.
• Maintain high candidate satisfaction scores.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer stage
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update trackers and ATS regularly
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
• Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates throughout the process
• Support offer preparation and onboarding coordination as needed
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all times
• 1-2+ years full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer stage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once
• Organized, detail oriented, and process driven
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, remote environment
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools is a plus
• Experience recruiting for multiple departments or high volume interview calls across junior, mid, and senior-level roles.
• Experience on Google Calendar, Notion, Slack etc.
• Background in startups or fast growing teams
• Knowledge of employment best practices
