WHAT YOU'll DO:

  • Talent Sourcing:
    Identify and attract top professionals for technical US-based roles in semiconductors, electronics, and engineering
  • Strategic Sourcing:
    Use advanced techniques like Boolean search to find the perfect candidates.
  • Pipeline Management:
    Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future client needs.
  • Database Management:
    Keep our CRM system organized and up-to-date with accurate candidate records.
  • Collaborate & Grow:
    Work closely with our Directors and Recruiters in the Philippines to ensure success

MUST HAVES:

  • Industry Expertise:
    Must have prior experience recruiting in technical/engineering/executive based roles.
  • US Recruitment Experience:
    You've successfully recruited for USA-based roles.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Experience using platforms like LinkedIn and CRM systems to source candidates.
  • Personal Attributes:
    Loyal, highly organized, and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic. Demonstrated ability to meet targets, overcome challenges, and remain resilient in the face of setbacks.
