We focus exclusively on helping innovative companies in the US find exceptional talent across chip design, power electronics, RF, AI, and advanced manufacturing.

As a boutique agency, every team member has a real impact. We pride ourselves on integrity, precision, and long-term relationships with clients and candidates. We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team remotely from the Philippines.

WHAT YOU'll DO:

  • Candidate Management:
    Coordinate interviews by phone, virtual, and onsite formats. Manage calendars and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.
  • Hiring Team Coordination:
    Partner with recruiters and clients to align on requirements, timelines, and interview logistics.
  • Pipeline Management:
    Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future client needs.
  • Database Management:
    Maintain and update the ATS with accurate candidate information. Post job ads and manage recruitment documentation.
  • Employer Branding and Communication:
    Support employer branding initiatives, including content creation, social posts, and event logistics.
  • Collaborate and Grow:
    Work closely with our Directors and Recruiters in the Philippines & US to support team success.

MUST HAVES:

  • Willing to work US hours with reliable availability during the full shift.
  • Background in recruitment, either in-house or agency. Experience in semiconductor or technical hiring is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication skills. Clear, professional, and confident in written and verbal interactions.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and candidate records accurately.
  • Organized and proactive, with a commitment to delivering an excellent experience for candidates and hiring teams.
