  • Ensures orderliness, cleanliness and security of inventory; making sure that only authorized personnel gain access in the storage areas.
  • Arranges in proper location newly delivered spare parts and records on bin cards to ensure efficiency and control.
  • Maintains the storage area and ensures condition conforms to the storage requirements that prevent damage of the items.
  • Ensures proper documentation and authorization of all stock movements.
  • Records incoming & outgoing parts in the bin cards as well as in the inventory cards for stock control.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any four-year course.
  • Preferably with at least one year of relevant working experience.
  • Knowledgeable in the use of MS Office applications (Word & Excel) & Internet.
  • Possesses a valid non-professional driver's license.
