Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Managing work orders and assigning tasks to maintenance staff.
  • Responding to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Managing the inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
  • Coordinating with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs
  • Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities
  • Preparing and presenting maintenance reports to management.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Inspecting facilities and equipment to identify and address potential safety hazards.
  • Coordinating and providing guidance to maintenance staff.
  • Communicating with other departments and management regarding maintenance needs and progress

Hiring Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in any field of Engineering or Industrial Technology. Undergraduates may also apply

· Flexible and can work long hours
