About the role

Markenburg International Foods Corp. is seeking a quality-focused and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Management System (QMS) Staff. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and improving our quality assurance processes, ensuring our products meet the highest standards. This position is based in our Marilao Bulacan facility.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assists in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the documents of the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in our quality control processes
  3. Collect and analyse quality data, generating reports to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
  5. Maintain and update quality-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and records
  6. Provide training and support to production staff on quality-related practices and procedures
  7. Assist in the preparation for external audits and regulatory inspections

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant qualification or certification in quality management, such as an HALAL, BRCGS, FSSC and the likes.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues
  4. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
  5. Proficient in using quality management software and data analysis tools
  6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  7. A proactive and continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on enhancing processes and systems
  8. Commitment to Food Safety and Quality policy of the company.
