Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US Sourcing Specialist to join our recruitment team. This role focuses on sourcing and screening candidates for direct hire, contract, and contract-to-hire placements, primarily within the financial services sector.

You will work closely with senior recruiters to build a strong candidate database and support hiring needs for our US-based clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and screen candidates for client job orders.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach via phone and email to build candidate pipelines.
  • Perform initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Maintain and nurture candidate relationships.
  • Recommend qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and job market conditions.
  • Promote company culture and job opportunities to potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with team members in a positive and professional manner.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role (preferably US market).
  • Recruitment experience (agency or corporate) is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment databases.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
