Job Title: Sales Engineer

Company: WESTCO Electrical and Equipment Corp.

Location: Quezon City

Schedule Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:30, on site

Overview:

The Sales Engineer will lead the sales engineering team, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, leadership, and a customer-focused mindset. You will oversee sales performance, mentor team members, and ensure the delivery of innovative solutions that align with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales engineering team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure continuous market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages.

Sales & Business Development

  • Manage key client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Drive new business acquisition and market expansion efforts.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions based on customer requirements.

Technical & Process Improvement

  • Provide technical sales support, including product demonstrations and proposals.
  • Ensure the team is trained and up-to-date with the latest product knowledge.
  • Improve sales processes and optimize performance through data-driven decision-making.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Establish, track, and report on KPIs related to revenue, market share, and customer retention.
  • Present regular sales forecasts, updates, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

  • Revenue & Sales Targets – Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Client Satisfaction & Retention – Maintain high customer engagement and repeat business rates.
  • Market Expansion – Increase market share and acquire new key accounts.

Background & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in sales engineering, with 2+ years in a similar ole.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in electrical engineering is a strong advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of related products
