Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Sales, Finance, HR, IT) to streamline workflows and resolve issues.
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Support implementation of new tools, systems, and operational procedures.
  • Manage and coordinate special projects and initiatives across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Assist in resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Maintain documentation of business processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
