The Operations Manager  is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational efficiency of multiple retail stores. He/She will be ensuring that the day-to-day functions run smoothly, supporting Area Heads in achieving overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline and improve operational processes to enhance overall efficiency in each retail store.
  • Work closely with Area Managers to identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions for smoother workflows.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Implement best practices for inventory management to minimize losses and improve turnover.
  • Ensure that all stores adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess compliance and address any deviations.
  • Implement training programs to educate store staff on operational best practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operational teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven solid experience in retail operations management, preferably in a multi-store environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Willing to travel
