About the role

This full-time Operation Manager role at int manpower services' offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growth-oriented agency company. Based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organisation, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate all operational activities, including resource allocation, and performance monitoring
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to optimise productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the work of operational teams, providing guidance, training, and performance management
  • Identify and address operational issues, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with other departments to align operations with the overall business objectives
  • Analyse operational data and prepare detailed reports to inform decision-making and drive efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and safety standards

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operation management role, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Proficient in data analysis and the use of relevant software and tools to track and optimise operations
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field, such as Business Administration or Operations Management
