Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Operations / Account Manager to manage client accounts and internal operations while educating and training staff to meet and exceed client expectations. A background in teaching is preferred, as this role requires strong training and coaching skills to effectively hone staff capabilities and ensure alignment with client standards and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:
  • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, ensuring services are delivered on time and issues are promptly resolved to maintain strong relationships.
  • Operations Oversight:

Manage operational workflows including scheduling, resource coordination, and process enhancements to deliver high-quality service.

  • Training & Development:

Develop and deliver training programs aimed at upskilling staff, improving service delivery, and aligning team performance with client expectations.Leverage your teaching or training experience to mentor and coach team members, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.Facilitate clear communication among clients, staff, and management to ensure transparency and alignment.Track operational and account metrics, prepare performance reports, and recommend actionable improvements.Identify and resolve operational or client-related challenges efficiently.Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Operations, or related field.

  • Teaching background or formal training experience is strongly preferred, given the need to educate and develop staff aligned with client expectations.
  • Experience in operations management, account management, or client services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to train, coach, and motivate staff.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM, project management tools, and MS Office Suite.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php65, Php70,000.00 per month
