About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Paralegal Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist

with a strong background in U.S. legal support. This role is ideal for someone who has exceptional attention to detail, deep knowledge of U.S. legal procedures, and the ability to review, evaluate, and elevate the quality of paralegal work delivered to U.S.-based attorneys and clients.

The ideal candidate can confidently handle client escalations, collaborate with U.S. lawyers from various states, and ensure all legal outputs meet the highest professional and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and audit paralegal deliverables for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and legal compliance.
  • Handle
    client escalations

, assess the issue, and provide quick, effective resolutions while maintaining professionalism.
- Collaborate with
U.S. attorneys across different states

, understanding state-specific legal nuances and requirements.
- Ensure all legal documents—contracts, pleadings, affidavits, motions, demand letters, discovery items—meet quality standards before submission.
- Conduct root cause analyses on repeated errors and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop, refine, and implement QA processes, checklists, and best practices for paralegal work.
- Support training initiatives to improve the skill level and accuracy of paralegal team members.
- Maintain accurate QA reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management review.
- Monitor adherence to deadlines and ensure timely delivery of reviewed documents and case updates.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with U.S. legal, ethical, and data security requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience

as a Paralegal supporting U.S. attorneys (required).
- Prior
Quality Assurance, Team Lead, or Senior Paralegal

experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of U.S. legal systems, court rules, and state-specific legal procedures.
- Proven ability to handle
client escalations

and communicate effectively with both clients and attorneys.
- Excellent legal writing, editing, and document review skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Skilled in legal research, document drafting, and reviewing case materials.
- Experience with legal tech tools (Clio, MyCase, LexisNexis, Westlaw, cloud-based document management, etc.).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-focused.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position (6 working days and 1 weekend off)
  • Hybrid (depending on company setup)
  • Must be able to align with U.S. business hours
