Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quality Assurance Manager, located in Metro Manila with some work-from-home flexibility. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance standards and procedures, managing QA processes, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. They will also oversee testing, identify quality issues, and recommend improvements in process and product quality.

  • Experience in Quality Assurance and Process Management
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions
  • Proficiency in QA tools and software
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
