The Recruiter is responsible for the end-to-end high-volume recruitment of blue-collar employees such as janitors, helpers, service crew, production workers, and skilled laborers. The role ensures that client manpower requirements are met accurately, quickly, and in compliance with company policies and government regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Conduct mass sourcing through field recruitment, walk-ins, job fairs, community outreach, PESO, barangay networks, and online platforms.
  • Screen applicants through interviews, initial assessments, and background verification.
  • Maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for multiple client sites.

2. Volume Hiring & Deployment

  • Handle bulk hiring requirements from clients with tight deadlines.
  • Coordinate with HR Admin for processing of pre-employment requirements (medical, clearances, orientation, uniform fitting, etc.).
  • Ensure smooth endorsement and deployment of candidates to client worksites.

3. Client Coordination

  • Work closely with clients to understand job requirements, manpower projections, and deployment schedules.
  • Provide timely updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and candidate availability.
  • Assist in client site interviews and manpower pooling activities.

4. Documentation & Compliance

  • Ensure all applicants submit complete documents prior to deployment.
  • Prepare recruitment reports, trackers, and daily/weekly hiring updates.
  • Comply with DOLE standards, company policies, and data privacy guidelines.

5. Candidate Management

  • Build and maintain strong applicant relationships to reduce backouts and no-shows.
  • Conduct orientation on job expectations, company rules, and deployment guidelines.
  • Address applicant concerns professionally and promptly.
