We're looking for a hands-on and independent HR Officer to manage the full spectrum of HR functions and help drive a positive employee experience within the organization.

About the Role

As our HR Officer, you will oversee end-to-end HR operations—from recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations to timekeeping and payroll administration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being both strategic and operational and who can confidently work as a one-person HR department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all HR functions including recruitment and training administration
  • Handle payroll preparation, timekeeping, and related government reports
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and morale
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees alike

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in general HR functions
  • Strong background in payroll administration and employee engagement
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • A self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the food or retail industry is a plus, but not required
  • Willing to work on-site in Las Pinas City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php27, Php32,000.00 per month
