The HR Generalist – Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and providing general HR support across various functions. This role ensures that the organization attracts, hires, and retains qualified employees while maintaining compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Selection

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Conduct phone screenings, initial interviews, and schedule final interviews.
  • Prepare and extend job offers, ensuring competitive and compliant compensation.
  • Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment reports.

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation.
  • Ensure smooth offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.

HR Administration

  • Support daily HR operations, including employee records management and HR documentation.
  • Maintain accurate HR databases, 201 files, and recruitment-related documents.
  • Assist with policy implementation and ensure compliance with HR standards.

Employee Relations

  • Assist in addressing employee concerns and directing inquiries to appropriate HR channels.
  • Help promote a positive and engaged workplace environment.

Performance & Compliance

  • Assist in monitoring probationary evaluations and performance appraisal schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government labor regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR generalist functions.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, job portals, and sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
