The Customer Service Associate is responsible for assisting guests in the arcade by providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and ensuring a fun and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers with game cards, tokens, tickets, or promotions
  • Provide information on arcade games, attractions, and ongoing events
  • Handle cashiering duties such as loading game cards, processing payments, and issuing receipts
  • Assist guests with game-related concerns or machine issues (basic troubleshooting or coordinating with technicians)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally
  • Support in organizing and facilitating arcade events, contests, and special promotions
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness within the arcade area
  • Monitor customer flow and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests
  • Work with the team to achieve service and sales goals

Qualifications:
  • At least High School Graduate / College Level
  • With or without experience (experience in customer service, retail, or entertainment is an advantage)
  • Friendly, energetic, and approachable, especially with kids and families
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Service-oriented, patient, and able to handle customer concerns
  • Basic knowledge of cashiering or POS operations is an advantage
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Work Setup:
  • 6-day work week, shifting schedules
