About the role

We're looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative .This is a full-time position where you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.

What you'll be doing

Responding to incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat channels

Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner

Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records

Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey

Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer needs

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Proficient in using computer systems, software, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not required
