Responsibilities:

  • Local Channel Expansion & New Market Development:

· Proactively develop key account channels: Actively identify, contact, and build strategic partnerships with real estate developers, property management companies, and community associations to explore bulk installation projects or new retail opportunities.

· Build Distributor Networks: Focus on developing and maintaining a network of local distributors and retailers, including door/window suppliers, CCTV/security equipment stores, and construction material suppliers.

  • Local Influencer & Partnership Management:

· Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with local Filipino influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and content creators.

  • Social Media & Online Operations:

· Take full ownership of the company's social media presence (primarily Facebook) including content planning, posting, community engagement, and performance analysis.

  • Offline Events & Exhibition Management:

· Plan, organize, and manage participation in local industry trade shows, product roadshows, and distributor meetings.

· Oversee all aspects of events, from booth design and promotional materials to on-site coordination and post-event reporting.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development within the Philippine market.
  • Experience in developing B2B channels, especially with real estate developers or property management companies, is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with mainstream Philippine social media platforms (especially Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with influencers, distributors, and property managers.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and team collaboration skills.
  • Prior experience in the smart lock, security products, construction materials, or home appliance industry is a plus.
