About the role

We're seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Good Pastry Café' in BF Homes Paranaque City Metro Manila. As a full-time Marketing Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in elevating our brand presence and driving customer engagement within the local community. With a focus on brand management, your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategies and delivering impactful campaigns.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote our café's products and services
  2. Create engaging content for our social media channels, website, and other digital platforms
  3. Collaborate with the team to plan and execute promotional events and activities
  4. Monitor and analyse marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our marketing efforts
  6. Support the broader marketing and communications initiatives of the café

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or brand management role
  3. Proficient in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Proven ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  7. Passion for the food and beverage industry and a deep understanding of consumer trends
