About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Account Executive to join our dynamic OOH (Out-of-Home) Advertising team at RUCS KONSULT CORPORATION'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships and delivering exceptional results for our valued advertising partners in the Pasig City Metro Manila area. As an integral member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our OOH advertising business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and grow a portfolio of key OOH advertising clients, ensuring their campaigns are executed flawlessly
  2. Proactively identify and pitch new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in OOH advertising to win new clients
  3. Collaborate closely with the creative and production teams to develop innovative and impactful OOH advertising campaigns
  4. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and recommendations for optimisation
  5. Maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and strategic partner
  6. Attend industry events and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the OOH advertising landscape

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an account management or client-facing role within the advertising or media industry, preferably in the OOH advertising sector
  2. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering effective solutions
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to both clients and internal stakeholders
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
  5. Proficient in using marketing and advertising tools, such as campaign management platforms and data analysis software
  6. A proven track record of driving business growth and achieving campaign objectives
  7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
