As our
Advertising Sales Manager
, you'll lead our advertising sales initiatives—driving client acquisition, managing key accounts, and developing tailored advertising solutions that deliver results. You'll also play a key role in mentoring the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Client Management

• Conduct consistent
  tenant and advertiser engagement
  , ensuring regular touchpoints and upsell opportunities.
• Drive
  sales of advertising products
  in large-format displays, LED screens, digital signage, and interactive directories.
• Acquire and develop
  new advertising accounts
  through prospecting, referrals, and strategic outreach.
• Prepare compelling
  sales presentations
  , tailored proposals, and advertising packages aligned with client goals.
• Manage and submit
  Certificates of Performance (COPs)
  and
  usage reports
  to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure
  timely ad placements
  and campaign fulfillment.
• Maintain updated
  sales reports
  and client databases.

Account Growth & Strategic Selling

• Ensure
  account retention and revenue growth
  through excellent relationship management and value-added selling.
• Identify
  cross-selling and upselling
  opportunities across multiple advertising formats and locations.
• Maintain strong relationships with
  brands, agencies, and media planners
  , acting as the main point of contact for their advertising needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client behaviors to refine sales strategies.

People Development & Communication

• Mentor junior sales officer(s) and contribute to building a
  high-performing sales team
  .
• Lead professional correspondence, including
  proposals, memos, and strategic client updates
  .
• Represent the company during
  sales blitzes
  , client meetings, and presentations both in Metro Manila and key provincial markets.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications
  , or a related field.
• With at least
  3 years of experience
  in advertising/media sales, business development, or agency servicing.
• Well-connected with
  brands, media planners, advertising agencies, and media buyers
  .
• In-depth knowledge of
  advertising and media planning cycles
  , OOH and DOOH platforms, and client servicing best practices.
• Strong background in
  pitching, presenting, and proposal development
  .
• Excellent
  verbal and written communication
  skills; persuasive and confident in handling key accounts.
• Advanced
  organizational and reporting skills
  —able to manage pipelines, targets, and reports.
• Willing to
  travel around Metro Manila
  (and occasionally provinces) for client visits and sales activities.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required)

• Experience with
  AdTech
  and
  Digital Signage CMS
  platforms
• Knowledge in
  media buying cycles
  , campaign measurement, and impression-based reporting
• Familiarity with
  sales tracking tools
