What You'll Do:

  • Lead day-to-day management of assigned client accounts, serving as the primary contact for communication, performance updates, and issue resolution
  • Partner closely with clients to understand their business goals, marketing objectives, and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with the Optimization & Innovation Manager and broader team to design and execute sophisticated Amazon advertising strategies
  • Manage one or more Analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight
  • Oversee all aspects of campaign setup, execution, and optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance using advanced data analysis and provide actionable insights
  • Contribute to weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports and strategic reviews

What You'll Bring:

  • 1–3+ years of hands-on experience
     with Amazon Sponsored Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
  • Strong understanding of the 
    Amazon Advertising ecosystem
     and performance marketing best practices
  • Prior experience in 
    client or account management
     (preferred)
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members (preferred)
  • Advanced 
    analytical and Excel skills
     with comfort in data interpretation and reporting
  • Excellent 
    communication, presentation, and relationship-building
     skills
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and passion for digital innovation
