Job Summary

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Advertising Sales Officer
to help grow our client base and maximize ad revenue across our digital media platforms. This role is key to maintaining strong tenant relationships, closing deals, and delivering advertising value that meets our clients' goals. Job Description

As an Advertising Sales Officer, your role will focus on both relationship management and revenue generation. You will:

  • Conduct
    regular tenant and advertiser engagement
    to maintain active partnerships.
  • Sell advertising solutions
    across our display and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Source and onboard
    new advertisers
    to expand the client base.
  • Prepare
    sales proposals
    , ad packages, and customized pitches.
  • Develop and present
    demos and marketing materials
    to drive conversion.
  • Liaise with clients regarding
    ad materials, updates, and approvals
    .
  • Submit
    Certificates of Performance (COPs)
    and ad usage reports to clients.
  • Maintain and update the
    sales lead and client database
    .
  • Submit
    weekly activity reports
    and
    sales performance updates
    to management.
  • Collaborate with TROs and the content team for seamless ad executions and client servicing.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of
    Marketing, Business Administration
    , or any related field.
  • With
    at least 1 year of experience
    in sales in advertising, media, or B2B client servicing.
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills
    —able to pitch confidently and build trust.
  • Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client accounts.
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Office
    (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and comfortable with basic data entry/reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of
    sales processes and customer service standards
    .
  • A proactive
    team player
    who works well with cross-functional teams.
  • Willing to work on-site and conduct
    field/client visits
    as needed.
