Position Overview

The Advertising Sales Officer is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing advertising accounts. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, presenting advertising solutions, and driving revenue growth by promoting the company's ad platforms and services. The ideal candidate is persuasive, client-oriented, and skilled at presenting marketing solutions that meet client objectives.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management

  • Proactively solicit and close advertising sales from new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers and partners through regular engagement.
  • Present and demonstrate advertising products and solutions effectively to clients.
  • Prepare proposals, advertising packages, and performance reports.
  • Negotiate and manage client requirements from proposal to campaign execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of client materials and coordinate with internal teams for implementation.
  • Maintain and update client database, sales reports, and weekly activity updates.

Operational Functions

  • Conduct consistent tenant and advertiser coverage.
  • Submit Certificates of Performance (COP) and usage reports to clients.
  • Generate leads, track inquiries, and monitor sales performance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (TROs, creatives, operations) for campaign materials and deliverables.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Management, or Media-related courses.
  • At least 1 year of B2B sales or advertising sales experience.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO and online advertising tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Client-focused, personable, and results-driven.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to explain and promote digital products effectively.
