We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers in a professional manner

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary

Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently

Maintain customer records and update account information as needed

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience

Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications:

Previous customer service or call center experience preferred (not required)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems

Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers

Preferred Skills (optional):

Experience with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk)

Bilingual skills are a plus

Work Environment:

This role may be office-based or remote, depending on company needs. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays based on business hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
