We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle client inquiries, coordinate orders, and ensure smooth delivery of pasabuy and errand services. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and making sure they receive a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, or social media.
  • Assist customers in placing pasabuy (buy-on-behalf) and errand service requests.
  • Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with riders, shoppers, and delivery partners to fulfill orders efficiently.
  • Handle complaints, feedback, and service issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Track and update customers about the status of their orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, payments, and customer interactions.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college level/graduate preferred.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using messaging apps, spreadsheets, and order management tools.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
