The Penthouse is a premier events venue known for hosting upscale gatherings, corporate functions, and private celebrations in an elegant, elevated setting. With its flagship location in Makati, The Penthouse 8747 is expanding to Quezon City to offer the same signature experience—combining luxury, exclusivity, and personalized service.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead the Quezon City branch. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring seamless event execution while maintaining the brand's high service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the facility, including event coordination, staff scheduling, and property maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational standards
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and corporate departments
  • Monitor budgets, inventory, and resource allocation
  • Address and resolve operational issues promptly
  • Implement policies to improve operational efficiency and service delivery
  • Prepare regular reports on branch performance and operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in operations or facility management, preferably in hospitality or events
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and operations-related software/tools
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and lead cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in facility operations
  • Willing to attend a face-to-face interview in Makati City Office
