The FOTON Clark Assembly Plant aims to boost the Philippine economy by employing a substantial workforce of Filipino engineers and technical personnel. These vehicles are marketed locally and imported across the ASEAN region, utilizing the Philippines as a strategic export hub.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Beach Resort Hotel Front Office Manager located on-site in SBMA Subic. The Front Office Manager will oversee office administration, ensure customer satisfaction, handle customer service inquiries, and manage front office operations. Daily responsibilities include supervising front office staff, maintaining excellent communication with guests, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Office Administration and Front Office Management
  • Demonstrated ability in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Previous working in Beach resort hotel is a plus
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
