Senior Manager, Brand Resort

This senior position will oversee strategizing opportunities based on data, executing campaigns in partnership with business units (Hotel, F&B, Retail), and developing integrated campaigns as an allinclusive solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand development, data-driven decision-making, events management and cross-functional collaboration, with an exceptional sense of creative thinking and the ability to evaluate and implement creative ideas that align with our brand's identity. Understanding the latest industry trends and best practices is crucial to this role.
- Supervises the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to strengthen the brand positioning of our integrated resort and maximize business performance across key business units, including Hotel, F&B, Retail and Gaming
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth, customer engagement, and brand building within the resort
- Foster a culture of creativity, encouraging innovative ideas and solutions that align with and enhance our brand's identity.
- Establish strong partnerships with business units to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that address specific objectives while maintaining a consistent and compelling brand presence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to create a cohesive marketing strategy that effectively promotes the integrated resort as a unified and seamless experience
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations for improvement
- Stay at the forefront of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in brand development, marketing, and customer acquisition, ensuring our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective
- Oversee the brand resort marketing budget, tracking expenditures, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and objectives
- Mentor, and develop a high-performing team of brand resort marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
