Role Description
This full-time, on-site role of Front Office Supervisor is based in Metro Manila. The position involves overseeing front desk operations, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing reservations. The Front Office Supervisor will work to create a welcoming and efficient environment for guests while maintaining operational standards and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay. The role also includes collaboration with other departments to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and task delegation
- Experience in Receptionist Duties and Reservations management
- Proficiency in delivering exceptional Customer Service and resolving guest concerns
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Familiarity with hotel operations and systems is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
