Lalaguna Villas Luxury Dive Resort & Spa is the premier luxury resort in Puerto Galera, featuring a blend of style, friendly service, and luxury comfort. We offer a private villas-style atmosphere that is within a short walk from the center of the lively town of Sabang. Our resort capitalizes on one of our location's greatest assets, the outstanding views of the pristine waters of the famous scuba diving hub of Puerto Galera.

Job Summary

The Reservations Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating room bookings and reservations at Lalaguna Villas. This role ensures a smooth and efficient reservation process by handling inquiries, confirming bookings, and maintaining accurate records. The Reservations Officer plays a key role in maximizing occupancy rates and revenue while delivering excellent customer service to guests.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing quotations as per the guest's request and requirements
  • Encourages guests to book directly instead of via an agent.
  • Convert every inquiry into confirmed bookings.
  • Assisting in arranging transportation, tours, and other guest services as needed.
  • Handling external calls.
  • Offering room upgrades.
  • Sending pre-arrival emails.
  • Sending guest surveys.
  • Entering direct bookings and direct inquiries into the system.
  • Answering Hubspot, Emails, Instagram, WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook, and other communication channels.
  • Assisting walk-in guests.
  • Participating in local dive and travel shows.
  • Other tasks that may assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Prior experience in reservations, front office, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using computer and office tools (e.g GSuite)
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest inquiries professionally.
  • A positive attitude, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
