POSITION: SALES TEAM LEADER (FIELD SALES AGENT)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide a team of house-to-house sales agents to promote and sell Converge Fiber Optic WiFi.
  • Create sales plans to help the team meet or exceed their targets.
  • Train, support, and motivate team members to do their best.
  • Join the team in fieldwork to check progress and give coaching when needed.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
  • Solve sales-related problems quickly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience in house-to-house selling (Telco experience is a plus).
  • Good leadership and management skills.
  • Can make and follow sales plans.
  • Willing to do fieldwork.
  • Can work 6 days a week (with 1 day off).
  • Open to applicants with or without a college degree.

MINIMUM DAILY RATE PLUS COMMISSION.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php18,070.00 per month
