Job Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise Area Sales Supervisors and Sales Team Leaders in their daily sales engagements.
  • Ensure strict compliance with the company's sales protocols and achievement of sales goals.
  • Monitor sales activities and outputs, providing coaching and guidance to maintain strong sales performance and excellent customer service.
  • Assist with Sales Agents' concerns related to installations and the sales process.
  • Sign off on all closed sales (subscriber installations) and verify the accuracy of all data and inputs.
  • Coordinate with the dispatch team and installers regarding the status of installations and activations.
  • Identify, evaluate, and appoint Surf2Sawa (S2S) retailer partners within the assigned area.
  • Collate and review sales reports before submitting them to the Branch Head for final verification by the Sales Head.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, ICT, retail, or distribution.
  • Sales-driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Dynamic, flexible, and able to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
