About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources Staff to join our growing team at United Limsun International Trading Corporation. This full-time role based in Quezon City, Metro Manila will play a vital part in shaping and supporting our people strategy. As a key member of our HR team, you will contribute to the overall success of the organisation through the delivery of efficient and effective HR services.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, including end to end recruitment.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives
  • Coordinating and participating in HR projects and activities
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the use of HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
