About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as the primary link between eTap Sol and eTap Inc.'s Human Capital (HC) Team. This role ensures alignment of HR strategies, policies, and priorities across both entities, fostering collaboration and driving HR initiatives that support business growth and operational success. The HCBP will be instrumental in translating corporate HR strategies into localized, actionable solutions for eTap Sol.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead workforce planning efforts to align human resource requirements with business objectives.
  • Review and harmonize eTap Sol's HR policies with eTap Inc.'s Human Capital standards, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Support the implementation of Human Capital programs tailored to meet organizational needs.
  • Act as a change champion, guiding leaders through organizational and workforce transitions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Assist leadership in driving performance management, employee evaluations, and development initiatives.
  • Handle complex employee relations matters with professionalism, fairness, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with both organizations on recruitment efforts, talent development, and employee retention strategies.
  • Facilitate learning and development initiatives aimed at enhancing workforce capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain clear communication channels for HR reporting and compliance tracking.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address urgent HR and labor law concerns.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of HR matters escalated to the Human Capital team and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Comply with company policies regarding workplace safety, security, and information protection.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the role.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnering roles preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, performance management, and aligning HR policies with organizational goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both leadership and staff.
  • Proven ability to lead through change, resolve workplace conflicts, and foster a culture of engagement.
  • In-depth understanding of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and human resources best practices.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required; a Master's degree is a strong advantage.
