Human Resource Intern

We are looking for a motivated Human Capital Management Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations and will be exposed to various aspects of recruitment, employee engagement, labor relations and HR administration.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
  • Must be able to render a minimum of 200 internship hours
  • Willing to report onsite at Chino Roces, Makati
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
