CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Communicate with care. Deliver with purpose.

We're looking for a customer service representative who can build strong client connections through professional communication and genuine service. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients—handling inquiries, promoting services, and ensuring each interaction turns into a positive experience.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Telesales or a similar role
  • Proven experience in telemarketing through calls, emails, and online messaging
  • Experience using CRM systems for managing leads and client interactions
  • Strong sales and convincing skills with a good record of performance
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Patient, confident, and focused when dealing with clients
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Willing to work on-site, 6 days a week in Makati City

Job Description:

  • Communicate professionally with clients through phone calls, messages, and online platforms
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, comments, and questions from the company's social media and online accounts
  • Identify potential leads and successfully book them for clinic appointments
  • Achieve a target of at least three successful client bookings per day (with an average of two arrivals daily)
  • Clearly explain treatment benefits, promos, and vouchers to encourage bookings
  • Ensure accuracy when recording client details (e.g., name, contact number, location, chosen services)
  • Coordinate effectively with other departments or managers regarding client schedules and updates
  • Handle client conversations patiently, gently, and professionally
  • Monitor clients before their scheduled appointments to confirm attendance
  • Follow approved sales scripts and adapt communication style to client needs
  • Maintain accurate records using the CRM system and generate necessary reports
  • Multitask efficiently with calls, messages, and administrative tasks
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the Manager
