Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for clients, responsible for providing excellent service through direct interactions, handling inquiries, managing appointments, and resolving client concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone.
  • Manage bookings, appointments, and schedule updates.
  • Answer client questions and provide information on services.
  • Resolve customer concerns or escalate as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records.
  • Process payments and issue receipts.
  • Assist with front desk organization and cleanliness.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or reception experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Familiarity with booking or CRM systems.
  • Friendly, professional attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
