  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or e-commerce is a PLUS
  • FRESH GRAD or UNDERGRADS are welcome to apply
  • Determined, passionate, and energetic
  • Able to follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Willing to be trained
  • Willing to start ASAP
  • Working on a Mid shift set up
  • Willing to work ON SITE (Location: Poblacion, Makati City)

As a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, you'll work directly with our customers over email, chat, and manage inbound and outbound phone calls. You'll be the first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner

- Identifying root causes for customer dissatisfaction and recommend solutions to improve overall customer satisfaction.

- Assist customers with product and service-related questions or concerns regarding order status, tracking information

- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication

- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality

- Maintaining and developing a vast knowledge of the account's products and latest offerings.

- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve processes

- Other assigned tasks as required by the company
