We are actively looking for a Customer Service Representative who can provide excellent support and assistance to our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates clearly, and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our services and platforms.
  • Assist clients with account concerns, troubleshooting, and navigation.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain proper documentation and client interaction records.
  • Uphold the company's commitment to service excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role (preferably in fintech, trading, or BPO).
  2. Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)..
  3. Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
  4. Willing to report onsite in Makati (currently Work from Home setup).
