About the role

As the E-Commerce Manager at Akari Lighting and Technology Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's online retail strategy and expanding its digital presence. In this full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of the company's e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing the company's e-commerce strategy, including setting objectives, defining the digital marketing roadmap, and optimizing the online sales funnel
  • Managing the e-commerce platform, including content creation, product cataloguing, and order fulfillment
  • Analyzing website performance metrics and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, IT, and logistics, to ensure the integration and alignment of e-commerce initiatives
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce to drive innovation and enhance the company's competitive edge
  • Monitoring and addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and build brand loyalty

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record of driving growth and optimizing online sales
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (eg. Shopee. Lazada, Tiktok, Shopify), digital marketing strategies, and customer behavior analytics
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Proficient in web content management, search engine optimization, and digital advertising
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for the latest e-commerce trends and technologies, and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
