E-Commerce Operations Manager

We are seeking an E-commerce Optimization Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in optimizing product listings, managing inventory, and maintaining brand trust.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize product descriptions for clarity and conversion.
- Conduct regular website reviews to identify errors or outdated information.
- Monitor and manage product inventory levels to avoid stock issues.
- Respond to customer reviews to maintain brand engagement.
- Update visual content as needed.
- Liaise with vendors for inventory management and purchase orders.
- At least 1 year of e-commerce or Shopify-related experience.
- Proficiency with Shopify and e-commerce tools.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
