Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support E-commerce Strategy: Assist the E-commerce Manager in developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Product Listing Management:
  • Create and optimize product listings on our e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) to ensure accuracy, compelling descriptions, and high-quality images.
  • Maintain product data, including pricing, inventory, and specifications.
  • Website Maintenance: Regularly review and update website content, ensuring it is accurate, engaging, and reflects the latest promotions and product offerings.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to the E-commerce Manager for data-driven decision-making.
  • Customer Service Support: Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues related to online orders, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Marketing Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and paid advertising.
  • Inventory Management: Work with the operations team to monitor inventory levels and ensure timely fulfillment of online orders.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Shopify).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for e-commerce and a desire to learn and grow.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with SEO and online advertising.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
