Job Summary:

We are seeking an E-commerce Manager to boost sales and manage campaigns across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok. The role involves handling campaign enrollment, optimizing product listings, tracking performance, and ensuring sales targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage promotional campaigns (flash sales, discount events) across e-commerce platforms.
  • Drive sales growth by improving product visibility, conversion rates, and market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with platform representatives for smooth execution.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support product assortment and restocking decisions.
  • Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, content, and customer service teams for consistent execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in E-Commerce account management or Digital marketing (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce tools, campaign mechanics, and analytics.
  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI, Vlookup).
  • Excellent communication, detail orientation, and multitasking ability.
  • Has experience in handling people/People Management.
  • Amenable to work in New Manila, Quezon City
  • Can do Monday to Saturday (8:00am-5:00pm) work schedule

Skills:

  • Platform management (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok).
  • Data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Campaign planning and execution.
  • Digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social ads).
  • Project management and cross-team collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time
